I have not purchased one, but I intend to in very short order. They are fascinating pieces of technology that I wish to take it apart for study.

I am aware of the quartz slots, but "master quartz" was not mentioned to me. What is it, pray tell?

Essentially it's a more advanced quartz that gives stronger affects and can improve through use. Recently they've developed orbments that can make use of a primary and secondary Master Quartz.

There are the four common elements and then the three higher elements. Water, Earth, Fire, Wind, and then also Time, Space and Mirage.

I got a little more flexible. And yeah, pretty much. It's not really "magic" as we consider it, where I'm from, but it does deal more with insubstantial stuff and illusions.

Fair enough. I know some actual witches, so the distinction sticks out to me. Though they do tend to favor Mirage from what I've seen.

Yes, it is the same for me, truly, but my disciplines involve magic and technology and even if they are distinct, sometimes the lines may blur.
